We know how exciting it is to get new cards for your collection — that’s why we do our best to pack and ship every order from LifeRaft quickly, safely, and with care.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

If we ever expect a short delay (for example, during restocks or holidays), we’ll post an update or contact you directly.


✉️ Shipping Methods

We offer secure shipping options to make sure your cards arrive safely:

  1. Standard Letter Mail – affordable option (no tracking) for low-value singles
  2. Tracked Shipping – includes tracking and added protection
  3. Upgraded/Express Options – available at checkout

All cards are packaged in penny sleeves, top loaders, and team bags for protection.


🌎 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If you’d like to place an international order, please contact us at liferafttcg@gmail.com, and we’ll see what we can do.


📬 Lost or Damaged Mail

Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on the postal carrier for delivery. We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit — but if your tracked package seems stuck or arrives damaged, email liferafttcg@gmail.com, and we’ll help you as best we can.
